Dr. Hafer is TOP NOTCH. I have visited several chiropractors over the years and NEVER had an adjustment so thorough! Her technique is confident and painless, and she is able to adjust areas of my neck that other doctors simply can not. Her staff is friendly and professional, from her absolutely AWESOME and intuititve massage therapist Dora to her wonderfully organized and efficient office manager Sharon and the brightest of receptionists, Rae. I drive an hour and a half to get an adjustment from Dr. Hafer, and the trip is well worth it! There may be tons of chiropractors in the suburban Philadelphia area where I live, but Dr. Hafer is in a class by herself.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
