MD was sarcastic. I was in stunned disbelief. If I didnt know better, I would have thought he was intoxicated. He never even touch my child to exame him. Staff was great. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their MD was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. He was a real jerk. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I actually look forward to my appointments, because they always make an extra effort to help me feel respected and appreciated. They genuinely care about all of their patients.
