They really care about patient comfort at this office. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. The staff was so-so. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. When you check out, the gal is about as friendly as a wet rag! I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was basically comfortable the entire time. Dr. Gardner is very attentive, knowledgable, and very kind. Answering all my questions, he ordered tests and seemed to be extra cautionary.
