They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.. I couldn't wait to go to class, because I knew I was always going to learn something new. They gave us so much variety, and I learned more than I've ever learned anywhere else. They were absolutely amazing and make other yoga teachers look like beginners. Anil encourages you to move beyond your comfort zone. He explains everything thoroughly and walks around to make sure everyone has proper form. They were always very considerate and professional.
